Most of our products are made to order or custom fulfilled by trusted partners such as Printful, Selfnamed, and others. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear issue with the product.


If You Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Please contact us at info@shopwae.com within 7 days of receiving your item and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We'll review your request and respond promptly.


👕 Clothing, Accessories, and Home Goods (Printful & Printify)

These items are made to order. Therefore:

  • We do not accept returns or size exchanges unless the item is damaged or misprinted

  • Please check the size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering


🧴 Cosmetics & Wellness Products (Selfnamed)

Due to hygiene and safety regulations:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on cosmetics, skincare, supplements, or oils, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product

  • If your cosmetic product is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days


🔁 Wrong Shipping Address or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned due to an incomplete, incorrect address or was not claimed at the delivery point, you may be responsible for reshipping costs. Always double-check your shipping information at checkout.
